I'm an Electrical Engineer actively expanding my knowledge across the field, picking up new subjects across analog, RF, embedded, and power as I go. I'm open to work in any EE specialization, whether that's design, testing, consulting, or management, and I'm comfortable moving between them. Projects I've worked on include a dual-band GNSS RF front-end for autonomous vehicles, rocketry avionics, motorsports electronics, and embedded/PCB design work on the side. GNSS Antenna

As part of my Electrical Engineering capstone project, I designed and analysed a compact dual-band GNSS antenna system operating at the L1 and L5 frequencies for autonomous vehicle applications. The project involved RF and antenna design, ADS simulation, S-parameter and noise figure analysis, and PCB layout, with a strong focus on system-level performance and integration. This work strengthened my understanding of RF front-end design, antenna optimisation, and real-world constraints in high-frequency systems.

PLC Control System for an Automated Packaging Quality Assurance

As part of my fourth-year robotics and manufacturing automation course, my team and I built the PLC control system for the final quality assurance station of an automated nut-and-bolt packaging line. The project involved ladder logic design in RSLogix 500, OPC tag integration with NI Vision Builder, scan cycle and latency planning, and operator interface design through PLC-driven indicator lights. This work strengthened my understanding of industrial control architecture, deterministic scan-cycle behaviour, and how clean sensor interfaces shape every downstream control decision.

As a member of the Western Baja SAE Racing Club, I contributed to the Driver Systems team, focusing on the car's electronic systems. My work involved designing and implementing the wiring needed to power various components of the vehicle, ensuring reliable connectivity throughout the car. Additionally, I developed systems to monitor live data from the car during motion, allowing us to assess performance, track the vehicle's health, and quickly identify potential issues. This hands-on experience honed my skills in electronics, teamwork, and problem-solving while contributing to the club's mission of building competitive, high-performance vehicles.

Hoop Net

During my design class as an engineering student, I had the opportunity to collaborate with two other students on a project for Urban Roots London, a local farming company. Our objective was to automate their existing humidity control systems, specifically their hoop house lift-sides and fans, with the aim of eliminating the need for manual intervention. Through this project, I was able to apply my engineering knowledge to a real-world problem and work alongside my peers to develop an innovative solution.

PCB Design

In one of my lab courses, I had the opportunity to design and build a PCB. This process involved performing calculations for the circuit components, creating a schematic, and then translating that schematic into a PCB layout using Eagle CAD software. After designing the board, it was printed, and I had the chance to attach actual components like resistors, capacitors, and op-amps using a soldering machine. This entire experience was incredibly enriching, providing me with valuable hands-on experience in PCB design and assembly, a skill I found both challenging and rewarding.

Clinic website

As a beginner in web development, I was tasked with building a website for a physiotherapy clinic using only HTML. Despite having no prior experience in building a website, I took on the challenge and learned a lot throughout the process. As I coded the website, I researched different HTML tags, learned how to structure a webpage, and experimented with different styles and layouts. I encountered several challenges, such as figuring out how to create a responsive design that would work on different screen sizes, but I persevered and was able to overcome them with the help of online resources and tutorials. Overall, building the website for the physiotherapy clinic was a valuable learning experience that helped me improve my coding skills and gain confidence in my ability to tackle new challenges.
